Biography

Thomas O’Malley joined The Dearie Law Firm, P.C., in April 2024. Thomas began his academic career at the University of Notre Dame, where he earned his undergraduate degree. He then pursued his legal education at St. John’s University School of Law. Admitted to practice law in New York State, Thomas has built a successful career representing clients in personal injury cases. Before joining The Dearie Law Firm, he worked with several prestigious law firms. He started his legal career at Subin Associates, where he worked on personal injury cases. He then moved to Wingate, Russotti, Shapiro & Halperin, LLP, where he continued to develop his expertise in complex litigation. Most recently, Thomas was with Lipsig, Shapey, Manus & Moverman, P.C., where he represented clients in high-stakes personal injury cases.
